We have a 7 days no-question return policy for semi-stitched / unstitched product (base variant).
Kindly Note: The customer has to ship the product to our address for the process of return/refund. We will refund Rs.100.00 for return shipping cost.
Once we will receive the product back to our address, we will verify the returned product and after successful quality check process, we will issue refund to the customer.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of custom size or standard size stitched products.

Zeel Clothing allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
Order once moved to shipped, it can not be canceled.
In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can raise complaints at firstname.lastname@example.org.
